DocU Solution DocUFlow
DocU Solution© DocUFlow is an executable program with an intuitive user interface that allows the administrator to set all parameters for viewing and moving scanned image documents from DOCS Open® libraries to the SAP® archiving and workflow components. Among the advantages of DocU Solution DocUFlow are:

• The component can be installed locally for users moving documents to SAP, or quickly distributed to users who only need to view stored image documents.
• The administrator selects the client (CyberDOCS®, PowerDOCS®, or DOCS Open®) to be used for viewing by users.This selection automatically determines the run time API.
• The administrator can make DocU Solution DocUView available for users, or if DocU Solution DocUFlow is used alone, users can move image documents to SAP by selecting a document type and moving either one or all of the documents associated with that document type.

DocU Solution DocUView
DocU Solution DocUView is a separately purchased integration component for users who move scanned image documents from DOCS Open libraries to the SAP archiving and workflow processes. With DocUView, users can:

• See a list of image documents not yet moved to SAP, selected by SAP document type and archive. An archive defined in SAP will reference a DOCS Open library as configured in DocU Solution DocUFlow.
• Review the image document list for pertinent information, such as document name, date created, and author.
• View actual image documents in DOCS Open, CyberDOCS, or PowerDOCS, depending on the client selected by the Administrator.
• Compare image documents by viewing two or more at a time.
• Select one, several, or all image documents to be moved to SAP. Select non-adjacent documents from the list by using the CTRL and click method.

DocU Solution DocUView with Barcodes
DocU Solution DocUView with Barcodes is a separately purchased integration add-on component that includes all of the features of DocU Solution DocUView and provides the user with the ability to select only documents with bar codes and send them to SAP. This add-on component fully supports the SAP early and late archiving with bar codes functionality.
