Document Management Integration
DMLink
With DocU Solution DMLink, the management of documents stored in DOCS Open libraries is integrated with the document processing functions of your SAP system. Among the advantages of DocU Solution DMLink are the following:

Archiving Integration
DSLink
DocU Solution DSLink is the integration product that processes synchronous and asynchronous archiving function requests from SAP to DOCS Open or DOCSFusion. Among the advantages of DocU Solution DSLink are the following:

• Operates as a service; always ready in the background.
• Fast, secure archiving to DOCS Open libraries quickly reduces SAP database overload, while allowing easy retrieval.
• Several instances of DSLink can run at the same time.
• All instances of DSLink are configured and the run time environment is managed through one management control panel.
• Administrator control of synchronous and asynchronous archiving.
• Automatic restart if a communication failure occurs between the DSLink components and SAP.

Scanned Image Document Integration
DocU Solution DocUFlow is the integration product that handles the movement of scanned image documents from DOCS Open libraries to SAP. With DocU Solution DocUFlow, the user who moves image documents to SAP does so by selecting a document type and moving either one or all documents associated with that type.

DocU Solution DocUView is the integration product that improves the efficiency and accuracy of users who move image documents from DOCS Open libraries to SAP. The DocU Solution DocUView interface allows users to see file names, view actual image documents (in DOCS Open, CyberDOCS, or PowerDOCS), and select one, several, or all image documents to be moved to SAP.

DocU Solution DocUView with Barcodes includes all of the features of DocU Solution DocUView, and additionally allows the user to view, select, and move image documents with bar codes to SAP. This add-on component thus supports the early and late archiving with bar codes functionality of the SAP system.
